New Partnership Deal Signed With Ayelow and 1st Contractors (Nigeria) Ltd
A new partnership deal has been reached between Ayelow LLC and 1st Contractors (Nigeria) Ltd, for a Real Estate Development project in Anambra State, Nigeria.
The project, known as the Royal Energy Park Development, is a landmark mixed-use development spanning 35.5 hectares (approximately 87.7 acres) located at Ukpa, along the ENUGU/ONITSHA Express in Anambra State, Nigeria.
This strategic partnership brings together Ayelow's global business development expertise with 1st Contractors' deep local knowledge and construction capabilities in Nigeria. The development is designed to become a self-sustaining community and economic hub for the region, encompassing residential estates, a 5-star hotel, a shopping mall, a sports complex, a cinema, and renewable energy infrastructure.
